• Two tablespoons of pumpkin seeds.
• Two tablespoons of unflavored gelatin.
• Five tablespoons of flax seeds.
• Three tablespoons of raisins.
• A cup of honey.

PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients in a pan, cook at maximum speed for two minutes until you have a homogeneous mixture. Pour into a container with a lid and place in the refrigerator.

Take it on an empty stomach or before dinner a sizeable portion to take effect. Do it every day for two months and forget about bone pain.
